Great flavour. One of the more floury, early potatoes.

Sharpes Express are one of our heritage seed potatoes. Sharpes Express were first added to the National Potato Variety List in 1901 and have been going strong ever since.

Sharpes Express tubers are long and oval. A white skinned variety with pale lemon coloured flesh with a high dry matter content. Making for a great potato in the kitchen with all-round use.

Sharpes Express has a fine flavour and is suited for boiling, roasting and chipping.

Sharpes Express has good resistance to common scab and tubers have shallow eyes.
